What we collect
When you request access we keep your name, WhatsApp number, and anything else you choose to give us: city, the car you have in mind, a budget band and a timeline. We record the time you gave consent and the wording you agreed to.
We also keep where your visit came from (campaign tags and click identifiers) so we know which advertisements work, and an anonymous visit identifier used only to count real views of each car.
Why we use it
To reply to your request on WhatsApp, to send you the dossier for the car you asked about, and to tell you about cars that match what you asked for. Unplated does not sell your data.
Who sees it
Your advisor, and the service providers that run this website, our messaging and our customer records. Advertising platforms receive a one-way hashed form of your number only after you consent to analytics cookies.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Reply to any of our WhatsApp messages with the word Delete and we will erase your record.
